Additional mobile specimen collection station set up at Siu Lun Sports Ground from today
****************************************************************************************
The service hours of the mobile specimen collection station at Siu Lun Sports Ground are as follows:
January 13: 2.30pm to 8pm
January 14 to 16: 8am to 8pm
Coupled with 10 other service points for testing (see details at www.info.gov.hk/gia/general/202201/12/P2022011200625.htm), there are altogether 11 service points in Tuen Mun district today for local residents and those working there to undergo testing on a voluntary basis. According to the current situation, fewer people have been seen to be queuing up at the service points located in Tuen Mun North. Members of the public may consider visiting those service points to undergo testing as the waiting time may be shorter.
Apart from the service points for testing in Tuen Mun, residents and those working in Tuen Mun can also go to CTCs or mobile specimen collection stations (if the service scope is applicable) across the city to receive free testing. Details of the CTCs and mobile specimen collection stations are available at www.communitytest.gov.hk/en and www.communitytest.gov.hk/en/station.
The Government urges all individuals who are in doubt about their own health conditions, or individuals with infection risks (such as individuals who visited places with epidemic outbreaks or had contact with cases that tested positive), to undergo testing promptly for early identification of infected persons to reduce the transmission risks of COVID-19.
