President Xi meets with people from various sectors and representatives of disciplined services (with photos/videos)

     President Xi Jinping, accompanied by the Chief Executive, Mrs Carrie Lam, met with some 160 people from various sectors of Hong Kong and representatives of the disciplined services at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre this afternoon (June 30).

     After that, President Xi visited the Hong Kong Science Park to inspect Hong Kong's development of innovation and technology while his wife Peng Liyuan visited the Xiqu Centre of the West Kowloon Cultural District.

     In the evening, President Xi and his wife will attend a dinner hosted by the Chief Executive, Mrs Carrie Lam, and her husband Mr Lam Siu-por at Government House.
