Temporary arrangement for Lok Fu Post Office

Hongkong Post today (September 3) announced that Lok Fu Post Office, located at Shop No. 3152, 3/F, Lok Fu Place, Lok Fu Estate, Wang Tau Hom, will be temporarily closed from September 10 to October 6 for major maintenance works. The post office will resume services on October 8 after completion of the maintenance work.

During the closed period, a mobile post office will be deployed at the parking space adjacent to Wang Yat House, Lok Fu Estate (near the entrance of Lok Fu Market) to provide the following postal services to the residents in the vicinity:

PayThruPost service (excluding payment of fixed penalties);
Sale of stamps; and
Acceptance of ordinary mail, registered mail, Local CourierPost mail and Speedpost/Parcel mail.

The business hours of the mobile post office are as follows:-

Monday to Friday	:	10am to 3pm
Saturday	:	10am to 1pm
Sunday and Public Holidays	:	Closed

     A temporary posting box will also be set up near the mobile post office to facilitate the general public to post mail.

     Mail items to be collected at Lok Fu Post Office will be diverted to Wong Tai Sin Post Office, located at Shop No. 2, G/F, Lung Lok House, Lower Wong Tai Sin Estate, for customers’ collection.

     Customers are advised to visit Wong Tai Sin Post Office or other post offices for other postal services.
