Mr Law chatted with the elderly and non-ethnic-Chinese women who were participating in activities there to hear about their daily life and needs. He also met with young volunteers of the Kwai Tsing District Youth Development Network and students to learn about their voluntary work and learning experiences.

Before concluding his visit, Mr Law toured Tsing Yi Southwest Leisure Building.
