SFH on "Occupy Central" movement
********************************

Following is the transcript of remarks made by the Secretary for Food and Health, Dr Ko Wing-man, after attending a public function this morning (September 30):

Secretary for Food and Health: We are of course very concerned about the continuation of the "Occupy Central" movement, which has now spread to other areas such as Mong Kok and Causeway Bay. From the medical point of view, whenever there is a massive gathering of people, there would always be a risk. As such, and taking into account the very hot weather, I appeal to all members of the public who take part in this movement to pay attention to their own safety and health condition. They should drink more water to prevent heat stroke and avoid staying in a place where there is direct sunshine for too long. I think all of us would not like to see the protesters, including students, and law enforcement officers, to suffer any injuries.
