Shenzhen Wenjindu Port limited cross-boundary coach starts tomorrow
***********************************************************

The Shenzhen Wenjindu Port Passenger Clearance Area has been temporarily closed from February 22 for reconstruction works.  The Government has made arrangements to minimise the inconvenience caused to residents during the period.

A Government spokesman said today (March 26) that coach operators will provide limited cross-boundary service between Landmark North (Sheung Shui) and the Shenzhen Wenjindu Port to serve members of the public.  The service will start tomorrow involving six southbound and six northbound coaches during the morning and evening commuting peak periods.  Cross-boundary coaches are scheduled to depart Wenjindu for Sheung Shui at 7am, 7.30am, 8am, 7pm, 7.30pm and 8pm, and depart Sheung Shui for Wenjindu at 7.45am, 8.15am, 8.45am, 6.15pm, 6.45pm and 7.15pm.

The spokesman reminded residents intending to use the limited cross-boundary coach service to contact the coach operators in advance to check the ticketing situation and to make use of the booking service.

For enquiries, please contact the coach operator's hotline at 3760 0888 from 6am to midnight.
