The Lands Department announced today (June 22) that two residential sites in the 2012-13 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender.
The two sites are Sha Tin Town Lot No. 567 in Area 56A, Kau To, Sha Tin, New Territories and Lot No. 678 in Demarcation District Peng Chau at Peng Lei Road, Peng Chau, New Territories. The tender invitation for both lots will commence on July 20 and close on August 24.
Sha Tin Town Lot No. 567 has a site area of about 19,700 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 17,730 square metres and 29,550 square metres respectively.
Lot No. 678 in Demarcation District Peng Chau has a site area of about 5,200 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding residential care home, godown, office, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 3,120 square metres and 5,200 square metres respectively, of which not less than 1,920 square metres and not exceeding 3,200 square metres are for private residential purposes.
The final Conditions of Sale for both lots will be available for distribution and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by July 20, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
