HERE IS THE LATEST WEATHER BULLETIN ISSUED BY THE HONG KONG
OBSERVATORY.


 
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED WITH UPPER-AIR
DISTURBANCES ARE AFFECTING THE COAST OF GUANGDONG. LOCALLY,
MORE THAN 20 MILLIMETRES OF RAINFALL WERE RECORDED OVER
PARTS OF THE TERRITORY IN THE AFTERNOON.


 
AT 4 P.M., SEVERE TROPICAL STORM BEBINCA WAS CENTRED ABOUT
290 KILOMETRES NORTHEAST OF OKINAWA. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE
NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 25 KILOMETRES PER HOUR ACROSS THE
VICINITY OF THE RYUKYU ISLANDS.


 
WEATHER FORECAST FOR TONIGHT AND TOMORROW


 
MAINLY CLOUDY WITH A FEW SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. SHOWERS
WILL BE HEAVIER IN SOME AREAS AT TIMES AT FIRST. THE
MINIMUM TEMPERATURE WILL BE ABOUT 27 DEGREES TOMORROW. HOT
WITH SUNNY INTERVALS DURING THE DAY. THE MAXIMUM
TEMPERATURE WILL BE AROUND 32 DEGREES IN THE URBAN AREAS,
AND A COUPLE OF DEGREES HIGHER IN THE NEW TERRITORIES.
