ABOUT 550 KILOMETRES SOUTHEAST OF HONG KONG (NEAR 19.0
DEGREES NORTH 118.1 DEGREES EAST) AND IS FORECAST TO MOVE
WEST OR WEST-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 10 KILOMETRES PER HOUR
ACROSS THE NORTHERN PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA AND
INTENSIFY GRADUALLY.
