ýÿHongkong Post announced today (September 2) that, as advised by the postal administration of Thailand, mail delivery services previously impacted by the restructuring of Mail Centre have returned to normal. However, due to flooding, mail delivery services to Sukhothai province for areas with the postcodes 64XXX are still subject to delay.
