SCST to visit Paris

     The Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr Kevin Yeung, will depart for Paris, France, in the early hours on Thursday (July 25) to attend events at the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad (2024 Paris Olympics) and cheer for Hong Kong athletes.

     During his stay, Mr Yeung will meet with the Hong Kong, China Delegation in the Olympic Village and watch various competitions featuring Hong Kong athletes. He will also attend the Olympic Games opening ceremony, a reception for the sports ministers and a Hong Kong, China Night.

     Mr Yeung will depart France for Hong Kong on July 31. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr Raistlin Lau, will be the Acting Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism.
