     The spokesman for Queen Elizabeth Hospital made the following update today (May 24) regarding a patient leaving the hospital without notification earlier:
      
     The 77-year-old male patient who left the hospital without notification yesterday (May 23) had returned to an old age home in the early hours of this morning.
