Hong Kong Velodrome partially reopened

     The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (April 6) that apart from the arena which will remain closed until further notice, other facilities of Hong Kong Velodrome in Sai Kung District have been reopened. 

     The velodrome was temporarily closed earlier on due to a power failure.
