SCST to visit Shanghai

The Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr Kevin Yeung, will depart for Shanghai on January 7 (Sunday). He will meet with officials from the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal Government, the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism, and the Shanghai Administration of Sports. Mr Yeung will attend the Shanghai-Hong Kong City-to-City Culture Conference, jointly organised by Zuni Icosahedron from Hong Kong and the Shanghai Cultural Research Centre, Institute of Literature, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, and visit arts and cultural institutions, sports and tourism facilities, and the Shanghai Disney Resort.
Mr Yeung will return to Hong Kong on January 10 evening. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr Raistlin Lau, will be the Acting Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism.
