Singapore-based loyalty marketing solution company opens Hong Kong office (with photos)

     Singapore-based Eber Limited opened its Hong Kong office today (September 28), providing customised loyalty marketing solutions to companies in Hong Kong and across the region.

     Eber offers a full range of loyalty and customer engagement solutions for clients in diverse sectors including retail, hospitality, e-commerce, beauty, fitness and wellness, food and beverage, among others. Its platform is adaptable to specific needs, allowing clients to devise their own loyalty programmes to draw target customers, according to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Edward Au.

     Mr Au said that his company sees a growing demand in Hong Kong for businesses to build customer relationships via loyalty programmes. In order to seize the opportunities and provide better and localised services to clients in Hong Kong, the company decided to set up a local office.

     He said, "We have observed a significant uptick in market sentiment and customer demand in the Hong Kong market.
