The Financial Secretary, Mr Paul Chan, met the media with the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Mr Christopher Hui; the Secretary for Transport and Logistics, Mr Lam Sai-hung; the Secretary for Development, Ms Bernadette Linn; the Secretary for Housing, Ms Winnie Ho; and the Acting Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, Ms Lillian Cheong, after attending the Ante Chamber exchange session at the Legislative Council this morning (April 26). Following is the transcript of remarks:
 
Reporter: What would be the Government's plan to introduce SkyShuttle technology, the "Yunba" technology, to Hong Kong? And how would it benefit Hong Kong?
 
Secretary for Transport and Logistics: As I previously said, we will contact the SkyShuttle to collect all relevant information, such as the technical information, the operation details and the safety records, so that we can further analyse the applicability of the SkyShuttle (rail transit system) in Hong Kong.
 
Financial Secretary: We keep an open mind as to different modes of transport and different technologies, so they will be assessed against the specific and unique situation in Hong Kong. Thank you.
