A brief biographical note of Dr Chui is set out below:
Dr Samuel Chui Ho-kwong

Dr Chui joined the Government as an Environmental Protection Officer in March 1993. He was promoted to Assistant Director of Environmental Protection in June 2018, and to Deputy Director of Environmental Protection in May 2021.
