Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident happened in Sai Kung yesterday (March 20), in which a 23-year-old man died.

     At around 10.38pm, a motorcycle driven by the 23-year-old man was travelling along Tai Mong Tsai Road towards Pak Tam Chung. Upon approaching near Tsam Chuk Wan, it reportedly lost control, rammed into a recycling bin and a lamp post on the roadside, and then side-turned.

     Sustaining serious multiple injuries, the man was rushed to Prince of Wales Hospital in unconscious state, and was certified dead at 11.33pm on the same day.

     Investigation by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon East is underway.
