A fire broke out at an open car park on Ching Chung Road near Tsing Kwai Highway at 5.48am today (March 7). The Fire Services Department is conducting a firefighting operation.
Drivers who are being affected by the smoke carried by the wind are advised to stay calm and drive carefully.
