Lands Department releases tender amounts submitted for site in Kennedy Town

     The Lands Department announced today (December 2) that in respect of the tender for the site Inland Lot No. 9069 at Sai Ning Street and Victoria Road, Kennedy Town, Hong Kong, which was awarded on November 9 to the successful tenderer, Grand Harvest (HK) Development Limited, on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $439,299,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
