SCST congratulates Ling Man-lung on winning Asia Contents Awards at Busan International Film Festival

@　�The Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr Kevin Yeung, today (October 8) extended his congratulations to Hong Kong actor Ling Man-lung on winning the Best Rising Star award in the 4th Asia Contents Awards at the 27th Busan International Film Festival. The Asia Contents Awards recognise outstanding television, over-the-top and online content across Asia.
