The Lands Department announced today (September 30) that in respect of the tender for the site Lot No. 1078 in Survey District No. 3, off Anderson Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, which was awarded on August 31 to the successful tenderer, Lucky Spring Developments (HK) Limited (parent company: The Link Holdings Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $766,000,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
(1) $444,880,000
(2) $418,800,000
(3) $125,300,000
(4) $70,000,000
