HAD distributes complimentary COVID-19 rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff in Yau Tsim Mong, Sha Tin, Wong Tai Sin, Tuen Mun and Tai Po (with photos)

The YTMDO distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in buildings with management bodies around Cheung Wong Road, Canton Road and Reclamation Street, Mong Kok for voluntary testing through the owners' corporations and the property management companies. The YTMDO also collaborated with community groups to distribute rapid test kits, anti-epidemic supplies provided by the Central Government, surgical masks, food and cleaning products to households living in buildings without management bodies in the area.
The STDO and the WTSDO distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Yan On Estate, Oceanaire, Ocean View, La Costa, Sun Chui Estate, Golden Lion Garden Stage I and Greenview Garden in Sha Tin District; and Tsz Ching Estate, Tsz Lok Estate, Tsz Oi Court, Lok Fu Estate, Tak Keung Court, Hong Keung Court and Ka Keung Court in Wong Tai Sin District for voluntary testing through the Housing Department and the property management companies.
The TMDO also distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in On Ting Estate through the Property Service Management Office of the Housing Department, and distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Chelsea Heights, Greenland Garden, Hong Tak Gardens, Terrace Concerto and Siu Lun Court for voluntary testing through the property management companies.
In addition, the TPDO distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Wan Tau Tong Estate, Yat Nga Court, Uptown Plaza, Elegance Garden, Tak Nga Court and King Nga Court for voluntary testing through the property management companies.
The HAD made the above arrangements in the hope of identifying infected persons early.
For people who obtained positive results through rapid antigen test (RAT) for the first time can report via the online platform "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test" (www.chp.gov.hk/ratp/). If individuals encounter difficulties in using the online platform, they can call the automated system at 1836 119 to register their identification document and telephone number. The Centre for Health Protection will contact the relevant person later to finish the report procedure.

The Government appeals for the co-operation of members of the public to safeguard the health of themselves and their families by undergoing testing on a voluntary basis and fighting the virus together. The Government urges all individuals who are in doubt about their own health condition, or individuals with infection risks (such as individuals who visited places with epidemic outbreaks or had contact with cases that tested positive), to undergo testing promptly for early identification of infected persons to reduce the transmission risks of COVID-19.
