HAD distributes complimentary COVID-19 rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff in Kwai Tsing, Tai Po, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon City, North District and Kwun Tong (with photos)

The K&TDO and the TPDO distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Cheung Hong Estate, Cheung Ching Estate, Ching Shing Court and Ching Chun Court in Kwai Tsing District; and Tai Yuen Estate, Fortune Plaza, Jade Plaza, Eightland Gardens, Ting Nga Court, Treasure Garden, Wing Fai Garden, Mei Sun Building, Mei Lee Building, Yuet Fat Mansion, Shun King Building, Wing Ming Garden, Winnye Tower, Sing Kung Building and On Lok Building in Tai Po District for voluntary testing through the property management companies.
The SSPDO distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Un Chau Estate through the Housing Department (HD) and the property management company, and distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Po Hei Court, Po Lai Court and Wing Loong Building for voluntary testing through the property management companies.
The KCDO also distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Ka Wai Chuen, Hung Hom Estate, Hunghom Bay Centre, United Building, Whampoa Building and Lux Theatre Building for voluntary testing through the property management companies.
The NDO also distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Ching Ho Estate for voluntary testing through the Property Service Management Offices of the HD.
In addition, the KTDO started to distribute rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Richland Gardens and Choi Tak Estate for voluntary testing through the property management companies.
The HAD made the above arrangements in the hope of identifying infected persons early.
For people who obtained positive results through rapid antigen test (RAT) for the first time can report via the online platform "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test" (www.chp.gov.hk/ratp/). If individuals encounter difficulties in using the online platform, they can call the automated system at 1836 119 to register their identification document and telephone number. The Centre for Health Protection will contact the relevant person later to finish the report procedure.

The Government appeals for the co-operation of members of the public to safeguard the health of themselves and their families by undergoing testing on a voluntary basis and fighting the virus together. The Government urges all individuals who are in doubt about their own health condition, or individuals with infection risks (such as individuals who visited places with epidemic outbreaks or had contact with cases that tested positive), to undergo testing promptly for early identification of infected persons to reduce the transmission risks of COVID-19.
