Online forum to collect views on updating Hong Kong's copyright regime

The Government is conducting a public consultation on updating Hong Kong's copyright regime in the light of the digital environment, and will hold an online forum on January 11, 2022, to collect views. Interested parties are welcome to join.

Details of the online forum are as follows:

Date: January 11, 2022 (Tuesday)
Time: 6pm to 7pm
Language: Cantonese (with simultaneous interpretation in English)

Those who would like to join the online forum can register at the website of the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau (www.cedb.gov.hk/citb/en/onlineforum/index.html) on or before January 10, 2022. For enquiries, please email co_registration@cedb.gov.hk.

The consultation document can be viewed at or downloaded from the websites of the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau (www.cedb.gov.hk/citb) and the Intellectual Property Department (www.ipd.gov.hk). The consultation exercise will end on February 23, 2022.
