The Lands Department announced today (November 26) that in respect of the tender for the site Tai Po Town Lot No. 241 at Tai Po Road - Tai Po Kau, Tai Po, New Territories, which was awarded on October 28 to the successful tenderer, Ideal Repute Developments Limited (parent company: Fresh Harmony Group Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $451,000,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
