Quicker access to education

     Former Hong Kong teacher Leung Wai-ming set up the Reading Dreams Foundation 10 years ago to improve the quality of schooling in rural parts of the Mainland to give village children the chance to receive a good education.

     This improvement work requires frequent travel between his home in Hong Kong and remote Mainland schools.

     News.gov.hk interviewed Mr Leung to learn how the opening of the Hong Kong Section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link will save him travel time when it starts operation next year.
