Sau Mau Ping Road Safety Town Open Day and Kowloon East Region Secondary School Student Road Safety Logo Competition prize presentation ceremony successfully held

The Road Safety Council and Kowloon East Traffic Headquarters of the Hong Kong Police Force jointly held the Sau Mau Ping Town Open Day and Kowloon East Region Secondary School Student Road Safety Logo Competition prize presentation ceremony in Sau Mau Ping Road Safety Town this morning (December 10).
Messages on road safety were successfully disseminated to the public through fun-filled game booths. During the ceremony there were music performances by Fukien Secondary School Marching Band, MOZ Conservatory and Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra. There was also a rope skipping performance by the Hong Kong Rope Skipping Federation, China and a singing performance by the HKTA Yuen Yuen Institute No. 3 Secondary School.
Certificates and trophies were also presented to the winners of the Kowloon East Region Secondary School Student Road Safety Logo Competition.
Today's ceremony was officiated by the Regional Commander of Kowloon East Region, Hong Kong Police Force, Mr Duncan McCosh; the Commander of Traffic Kowloon East, Hong Kong Police Force, Mr Paul Grove; the Vice Chairman of the Traffic and Transport Committee of Kwun Tong District Council (KTDC), Mr Cheung Pui-kong; Members of the Traffic and Transport Committee of the KTDC Mr Chan Yiu-hung and Mr Wong Chun-ping; Senior Assistant Commissioner, Kowloon East Regional Commander, Hong Kong Road Safety Patrol, Mr Au Yeung Wai-lun; and Senior Chief Supervisor, East Regional Commander, Hong Kong Road Safety Patrol, Ms Yang Yu-si.
