SLW expresses condolences on passing of Mr Hui Yin-fat

Mr Cheung paid high tribute to Mr Hui for his significant contribution towards building Hong Kong into a caring community. He noted that Mr Hui was committed to promoting social welfare development during his tenure as Director of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. Mr Hui also served as a member of the then Executive Council and the then Legislative Council, as well as the Elderly Commission, and offered valuable advice on major social welfare policies.
