Attentive Driving Carnival cum Light Rail and MTR Bus Road Safety Campaign successfully held

The Road Safety Council (RSC) and New Territories North Traffic Headquarters of the Hong Kong Police Force jointly held the Attentive Driving Carnival cum Light Rail and MTR Bus Road Safety Campaign in Tuen Mun this afternoon (November 27).
The event has successfully spread the messages of driving attentively and road safety to the public. The carnival had a rich programme of performances, such as a marching and music performance by the Marching Band of Ching Chung Hau Po Woon Secondary School, a jazz dancing performance by Dreamworld, an African drum performance by Afrafra and road safety message dissemination and singing by guests Susan Tse, Super Girls and C AllStar.
Today's ceremony was officiated by the Chairman of the Road Safety Campaign Committee of the RSC, Dr Eric Cheng; the Head of Operating - West Region of the MTR Corporation, Mr Sammy Wong; the Chairman of the Traffic and Transport Committee of the Tuen Mun District Council, Mr So Shiu-shing; the Chairman of the Traffic and Transport Committee of the Yuen Long District Council, Mr Ching Chan-ming; the Assistant Director (Railways) of Electrical and Mechanical Services, Dr Leung Kin-man; the Regional Commander of New Territories North of the Hong Kong Police Force, Mr Kwok Ho-fai; the Principal Transport Officer (Bus and Railway) of the Transport Department, Mr Patrick Wong; and Assistant District Officer of the Tuen Mun District Office Mr Simpson Lo.
