Rio Olympic Games Mainland Olympians delegation to visit Hong Kong

     A spokesman for the Home Affairs Bureau today (August 23) announced the receipt of confirmation from the Chinese Olympic Committee (COC) that the 64-member Rio Olympic Games Mainland Olympians delegation will visit Hong Kong. The delegation list provided by the COC is available in the annex (in Chinese only).

     The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government is extremely grateful to the COC for its support, the spokesman said.

     The delegation will arrive in Hong Kong on August 27 to start the three-day visit. The programme will include sport demonstrations and a variety show at Queen Elizabeth Stadium on August 28.

     The delegation will leave Hong Kong in the afternoon on August 29.
