Appointment of members to Advisory Committee on Post-service Employment of Civil Servants

The Government announced today (August 22) that the Chief Executive has appointed Professor Wong Sze-chun and Mr Stanley Wong Yuen-fai as members of the Advisory Committee on Post-service Employment of Civil Servants from September 1, 2016, to August 31, 2018. The Government also expressed deep appreciation to the departing member, Mr Vincent Cheng Hoi-chuen, for his invaluable contribution to the work of the Committee over the past five years.

The major responsibility of the Committee is to advise the Government on matters relating to the post-service employment of civil servants. The current Chairman of the Committee is Mr Vincent Lo Wing-sang. The other serving members are Professor Paul Lam Kwan-sing, Mr Lee Ming-kwai, Mrs Jean Au Yeung Lui Miu-kwan, Mr Francis Mok Gar-lon, Miss Melissa Wu and Mr Herbert Tsoi Hak-kong.
