Hong Kong and Austria sign MoU to strengthen co-operation in technology start-up ecosystems (with photos)

On behalf of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, the Secretary for Innovation and Technology, Mr Nicholas W Yang (left), signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Science, Research and Economy of Austria, Dr Harald Mahrer (right), in Vienna today (May 24, Vienna time). The MoU aims to strengthen bilateral co-operation between the two places in technology start-up ecosystems.
