| The Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-chung (first left), visited the Working Family Allowance Office (WFAO) of the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency in Kwun Tong this morning (April 14). Mr Cheung thanked the WFAO's staff for their dedicated work to prepare for the launch of the Low-income Working Family Allowance (LIFA) Scheme next month and their all-out effort in conducting a series of community briefings throughout the territory during all weekends in April to help the public understand the application arrangements. |
