The Secretary for Innovation and Technology, Mr Nicholas W Yang, speaks at the Visionaries Connected - Entrepreneurship Conference organised by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University today (January 15), saying that the Innovation and Technology Bureau will press on at full steam to deliver on initiatives outlined in the 2016 Policy Address.
