The Chairman of the Electoral Affairs Commission, Mr Justice Barnabas Fung Wah (centre), briefed candidates contesting the 2015 District Council Ordinary Election on important points to note in running election campaigns and on general electoral arrangements at a briefing session held this evening (October 19).
