Police will implement special traffic arrangements on October 4 (Sunday) to facilitate a public procession to be held in Wan Chai.
The following roads will be intermittently closed from 11.45am until the crowd is dispersed:
- Gloucester Road;
- Sugar Street;
- Yee Wo Street;
- Causeway Road;
- Westbound Leighton Road;
- Keswick Street; and
- Pennington Street.
Vehicles may not be permitted to leave the car parks along the procession route during the above road closure period.
Actual implementation of the traffic arrangements will be made depending on traffic and crowd conditions in the area. Motorists are advised to drive with care and patience, and follow the instructions of the Police on site.
