Public consultation on District Council Election proposed guidelines commences today (with photos)

The Chairman of the Electoral Affairs Commission (EAC), Mr Justice Barnabas Fung Wah (centre), held a press conference today (May 5) to announce details of a public consultation exercise on the proposed guidelines on election-related activities in respect of the District Council Election. EAC members, Professor Fanny Cheung Mui-ching (right) and Mr Arthur Luk Yee-shun, SC (left), also attended the press conference.
