Park at Hong Kong Velodrome to add to green space (with photos)

The park facilities adjoining Hong Kong Velodrome (HKV) will be open on April 30 (Wednesday) to tie in with the opening for public use of the cycling track and arena of the velodrome, which features a comprehensive range of leisure and sports facilities for Tseung Kwan O residents.
