The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mrs Carrie Lam, this afternoon (February 20) attended a meeting on constitutional reform hosted by the Hong Kong Association for Democracy and People's Livelihood in Yau Ma Tei. Mrs Lam (second left) was accompanied by the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam (first left), and the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah (third left).   Close
