In her welcome remarks at the Keynote Luncheon of the Asian Financial Forum today (January 13), the Permanent Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury (Financial Services), Miss Au King-chi, introduces the keynote speaker, Executive Director, Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Secretariat, Dr Alan Bollard. Dr Bollard spoke on the instrumental role played by APEC in progressing trade and investment liberalisation to achieve mutual economic prosperity in the region.   Close
