| Several members of the Legislative Council (LegCo) Panel on Security visited Stanley Prison today (November 25) to gain a better understanding of the operation of the correctional institution. The Commissioner of Correctional Services, Mr Sin Yat-kin, accompanied them during the visit. Nine LegCo members, mostly members of the Panel on Security, including the Panel Chairman, Mr Ip Kwok-him, first met with Mr Sin (standing) and staff of various levels of the management to understand the scope of work and project highlights of the department. They also exchanged views on the work of correctional services. |
