The Chairman of the Electoral Affairs Commission, Mr Justice Barnabas Fung Wah, visits the polling station at TWGHs Lo Yu Chik Primary School this morning (October 27) to observe the operation of the Yau Tsim Mong District Council King's Park Constituency by-election.
