The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung (second right), accompanied by the Acting Secretary for Security, Mr John Lee (first left), today (September 22) inspected a number of government departments and the MTR Corporation Limited (MTR) to learn more about the measures that have been put in place in response to Typhoon Usagi's threat. Mr Leung visited the flooding blackspot in Kar Wo Lei, Tuen Mun to see for himself the flooding prevention measures introduced by the Drainage Services Department.   Close
