Hong Kong Customs detects the first milk powder smuggling case at Shenzhen Bay Control Point (with photos)

Hong Kong Customs officers today (December 24) seized 90 cans of undeclared milk powder valued at about $25,200 in an outgoing cross-boundary lorry.
