Supermarket fined $10,000 for supplying chilled fish with false trade description (with photo)

A chain supermarket today (August 6) was fined $10,000 for supplying a chilled fish with a false trade description in contravention of the Trade Descriptions Ordinance. Photo shows the chilled fish with a label marked "chilled leopard coralgrouper" in the case. The fish was in fact a white-edged lyretail.
