Mammoth calf Lyuba wins HK hearts
*********************************

It is hard to tell who is more delighted to see Lyuba, the world's most well preserved baby mammoth now on display at the Hong Kong Science Museum - experienced docent Lau Ying or the primary school students in her guided tour.

More than 1,300 teachers and students have booked appointments to tour the exhibit. Ms Lau hopes to relay to them the similarities and connections between ancient mammoths and today's elephants, and gently remind them of the need for conservation.

An interview with Ms Lau appears on news.gov.hk today (May 27) in both text and video formats.
