The Chairman of the Electoral Affairs Commission, Mr Justice Barnabas Fung Wah (third left), briefed candidates and their agents on important points to note in conducting election campaigns and on electoral arrangements at a briefing session for candidates of the 2012 Chief Executive Election held today (March 4).
