The Director of Social Welfare, Mr Patrick Nip (centre), today (January 6) officiated at an annual reception for the elderly hosted by the Tang Shiu Kin and Ho Tim Charitable Fund. He received from Mr Hamilton Ho (right) and Mr Richard Tang (left), the advisors of the Management Committee of the Fund, a cheque of over $2.9 million for use as social relief grants.   Close
