Chief Executive delivers Lunar New Year message (with photos/video)

The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, delivered a Lunar New Year message today (February 2). He and Mrs Tsang wished Hong Kong people good health and happiness in the Year of the Rabbit.
